NOTICE: the last day for online book orders is 13th December 2011 and magazine subscriptions is 15th December. However we are not able to guarantee delivery by Christmas as once mail leaves our office delivery is out of our hands.

Any transactions you enter into with us through our website are entered into with E G Enterprises Ltd, (registered Company No. 1561670) the wholly-owned trading subsidiary of the Embroiderers' Guild.  EG Enterprises Ltd is registered for VAT and its registration number is 225 8810 59.

Information on our web site

We may change the Embroiderers' Guild website and correct or update information (including product information) at any time without prior notice.

You access the website entirely at your own risk. We will do our utmost to ensure that the web site will be continuously available and that transmissions will be error-free, but we cannot guarantee this.

Prices

The prices for goods and services displayed for sale on this website are in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT where due. Delivery may be charged in addition, please see our Delivery Policy for details. Any such additional charges are clearly displayed in your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced or prices may change prior to acceptance of your order and we will therefore verify prices as part of our dispatch process. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and process the order. If the product's correct price is higher than stated, we will attempt to contact you to obtain your instructions. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Availability

If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity. If all the available places on a workshop are taken, we will make a note to this effect on the appropriate section of the website. Beyond this, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if items on it turn out to be unavailable. If we cannot contact you or we receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

Product-specific terms

Membership subscriptions

All Membership subscriptions are due for renewal in September (adult Members) or October (Young Embroiderers).

Bookshop

Promotional codes should be entered in the comments box near the end of the order form when you place your order. The order total at the checkout will not adjust to show the promotional price, but we will apply the promotional price for a valid code when we charge your card before despatching the order.
