Stitch key for the Mirror Image shisha panel
Work two wavy lines
of chain stitch. Work herringbone
stitch in the ovals this creates. Add three detached
chain stitches where the lines intersect.
Work a row of chain
stitch. Work a row of herringbone stitch and lace it in a contrasting
thread. Work another row of chain stitch.
Add the row of shisha.
Work a row of chain
stitch. Work a row of open chain
stitch. Work another row of chain stitch.
Work the detached
chain stitch after the appliqué: arrowheads in appliqué
and appliqué band.
Finally add tassels to lower edge of finished panel.
