Add books to your shopping basket - when you're ready to order, click on 'Go To Checkout' in the basket sidebar. If you have JavaScript enabled you will see the sidebar in the bookshop whenever there are items in your basket. (If you have JavaScript disabled you won't see the basket sidebar). You can also view your basket and proceed to the checkout by clicking the basket icon at the top of any page in the bookshop or elsewhere on the site.
If you prefer, you can use the online system to create an order to post or fax: just select 'Printable order to fax/post' when you get to the checkout.

We require payment either by credit/debit card or cheques in £ sterling (GBP), made payable to EG Enterprises Ltd. Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (UK only) accepted. No currency cheques accepted. Please do not post cash.
We aim to send all orders as soon as possible, but please allow 28 days before enquiring if you have not received your order. If your order is likely to be delayed beyond this time due to availability of items ordered, we will contact you.

If you have a promotional code for a book, please enter it in the comments box near the end of the order form when you place your order. Please note that the order total at the checkout will not adjust to show the promotional price, but we will apply the promotional price for your valid code when we charge your card before despatching your order.
Titles that are flagged as 'NEW' are considered to be new titles included since our last paper catalogue - whilst they may generally have been published in the last year, this may not necessarily be the case. Price and availability may be subject to change. We will contact you if this affects your order.
You can visit the bookshop at Hampton Court on weekdays, 10.00am to 4.30pm. Please always telephone first to make sure that the shop will be open (particularly if you are making a special journey), as occasionally we have to close because of unforeseen circumstances.
